Services of worship to your God, Healing services, circles to develop ourselves, workshops where we can all increase our awareness and understanding of Spiritualism. Private readings can be booked at the library at the main services. We have one of the largest libraries in the County containing over 700 books on Spiritualism and related subjects.
Sunday at 6.30 p.m. A service, comprising prayer to your God, inspirational readings, During the service we have a short interval where we send out healing thoughts to all in need. A reading and Philosophy of the wonderful religion that is Spiritualism. We also have Mediumship that is designed to prove to all present survival of the awareness of the individual after physical death. The Mediumship is to provide comfort and upliftment, it is not fortune telling in any way as that is not any part of Spiritualism. If that is what you are seeking then our Church is not for you but we wsh you well on your quest.
Our Lyceum meets first Sunday of every month during the evening service, all children are welcome to attend. You do not have to be a member of the church to allow your children to attend. The Lyceum is the place where we try to teach our children something about themselves, see the Lyceum page for more details.
Wednesday at 7.30 p.m. A shorter service comprising prayer to your God, a suitable reading taken from a wide range of books, Philosophy is also given, the purpose is to increase your knowledge and awareness of ourselves, our beliefs, our understanding of our perception of our God. Mediumship is a key part of this and every service.
We are a very friendly and open church offering the same level of welcome to all, regardless of religion, background, beliefs or crede. You do not have to believe to belong, we try very hard to ensure all are welcome in our church.
We always have free tea or coffee and biscuits or cakes after every service so that we can all enjoy an informal and social atmosphere.
You are free to ask any questions you may have, discuss in private if necessary any issues you may have or problems. we strongly advise you seek such advice from our Church instead of the many out there who profess to know the answers but do not have the expereince or knowledge to really deal with your issues or problems. The church can and does have the necessary trained expertese in house.
Healing is also available after every service for those who cannot make our regular healing services, just ask any Committee member or the door steward either before or after the service. Our aim is to provide the service you require.
